confirmed hit, at the property level, before it reaches a list. If we cannot
evidence it, we do not sell it.

Owner of record and a deliverable street address on every single row. Nothing
partial, nothing padded. The count you pay for is the count you can work.
Fresh, and sized to your patch
Every list carries its storm date and nothing older than 45 days is offered,
because a two month old claim has already been worked. Buy one ZIP or ten,

City, assessed value and year built are included wherever the county
publishes them.

This is a mail and door knocking list, not a call list. Under one percent of
records carry a phone number, and confirmed damage in an area does not mean
