One agent, one patch
91% of commercial territories are held by a single agent. Every lead inside your boundaries routes to you and to nobody else, and there are written rules of engagement so another agent cannot work your ground.
A ceiling, not a quota
A thousand buildings is about what one person can canvass in a year. We size to that instead of handing out the biggest area we can draw, because an area you cannot cover is not a territory, it is a map.
The tools come with it
Every building in your boundaries, the owners, tenants showing lease pressure, pre-market seller signals, per-property valuation, and the outreach tools to contact them. The same dashboard we use internally.
Dense markets run as teams
Some territories carry more inventory than one person should hold. Those are marked team, and they are filled by two to four agents with the workload split rather than by stretching one person across it.
Territories are held, not bought. If a territory sits unworked, it goes back in the pool. That is the same rule that protects yours from being sat on by somebody who claimed it and never called anyone.
